Ronald ‘Big Ron’ Fuschetti, Jr., 47 of Stoneham, died Saturday unexpectedly.

Born in Stoneham, he was a life long resident. Ron was a car and motorcycle enthusiast and loved yard sales.

Cherished son of Roselie M. (Grispi) of Stoneham and the late Ronald Fuschetti Sr. Loving brother of Paul Fuschetti of Dracut, Karen Berry and her husband Mark of Melrose. Loving uncle of Gregory, Samantha, Paul Jr., Kristi and Nicholas. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford Friday at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday 4-8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.

Judith Evelyn (Harvey) Corum of New Port Richey, Florida, passed away unexpectedly August 21st while visiting relatives in Massachusetts. Born in Goffstown, NH, in 1940, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Helen (Johnson) Harvey. “Judy” grew up in Stoneham and attended Emerson Elementary School, graduating from Stoneham High School in 1958.

Judy was the devoted wife of David T. Corum for 52 years. They have 2 sons: Steven D. Corum (and wife Karen) of Billerica, and Phillip A. Corum (and wife Beverly) of Dracut. She will be missed by her grandchildren whom she loved dearly: Matthew Corum, Shaun Corum, Paige Corum, Lauren Corum, and Robert Corum. She will be greatly missed by her sister-in-law “Dottie” Corum of Stoneham and her dearest friends Karen and Richard Pond of Deming, NM.

Judy and Dave were married in 1960. They lived in Stoneham, Billerica, and Portsmouth, NH, before moving to Florida permanently in 2004. They are active members of the Kirk Community Church of Dunedin, Dunedin, FL. The Kirk is known for its ‘music ministry’ and the ‘Grand Duchess’ organ, around which the church was built. Judy loved the organ and was inspired to learn to play one. Music was a big part of her life.

Judy had a zest for life. Travel was a passion, and she and Dave traveled to every state, all of Canada, Mexico, the Holy Land, most of Europe, Scandinavia, and Russia, plus 28 cruises. They touched many lives in all their years of traveling. Even Judy’s paralyzing stroke two years ago did not curtail their travels. She was a remarkable person, loved by many.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Wednesday, August 29th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main Street, Stoneham. Funeral services will take place directly following the Visiting Hours at the Funeral Home. Interment will be at Lindenwood Cemetery following the Funeral.

Born in Boston, Frank was the loving son of the late Sam and Mary (Falcone) Grillo. Frank was a warm and caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be sorely missed.

Frank was the devoted husband of Rose (Buonomo) Grillo. He was the beloved father of Frank J. Grillo, Jr. and his wife Joanne of Wilmington and Joseph Grillo of Derry, NH. Born in Boston, Nicholas was the son of the late Elais Najjar and Mary (Rowan) Najjar. Nicholas proudly served our County as a member of the United States Air Force during World War II. He was also a member of the D.A.V. for many years.

She was the beloved wife of John Champa, who died in 1981. She was born in Boston’s North End, April 3, 1918, a daughter of the late Joseph and Maria (DiGangi) Farinella, and was raised there. She lived her adult life in Stoneham and Medford, before moving to Tewksbury in 1994. As a Stoneham resident, she was active in the Order of the Sons of Italy, Stoneham Lodge, where she was a Past President. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Vincent and Linda Champa of Dracut; a daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Paul Alabiso of Tewksbury, with whom she had resided; four grandchildren, John and Janelle Alabiso, and James and Robert Champa; six great grandchildren, Kaylee, Jake, Brittney, Steven, John Paul, and Joseph; and three nieces. John was a dedicated electrician for several years. He was the husband of Barbie (Cinelli) Kelly of Malden. Mary J. (Hughes) Aspell, a 26 year resident of Stoneham and formerly of Charlestown, passed into eternal life on Sunday, November 25, 2012 in Well Springs at Brightview Concord River in Billerica following a lengthy illness. She was 82 years old. Mary was born in Boston on May 28, 1930, a daughter of the late Joseph H. Hughes and Josephine F. (McCloud) Hughes. She grew up in Charlestown where she attended Boston Public Schools and graduated from Charlestown High School. Mary worked as the switchboard operator at Bunker Hill Community College from the first day the college opened in 1973 until 1987 when she retired. She also worked at Marshall’s in Stoneham and Englewood, Florida as a customer representative for over 10 years. She enjoyed reading, dancing and doing her crossword puzzles. The last 3 years of Mary’s life were spent in Well Springs at Brightview Concord River in Billerica where the staff and medical personel showed tremendous love and devotion to Mary during her illness. Mary is the beloved wife of the late Bernard F. “Fat” Aspell. She is the loving mother of Deborah Kelley and her husband Paul of Stoneham, Katherine Buckley of Stoneham and Laurie O’Halloran and her husband Kevin of Stoneham. She is the devoted Grandmother of Jennifer Levesque and her husband Brian, Christopher Kelley and his wife Liya, Ryan Kelley, Jason Buckley, Nicholle Buckley, Molly O’Halloran, Shaun O’Halloran and Hannah O’Halloran. She is the loving great-grandmother of Conor Levesque, Cameron Levesque and Isabel Kelley. She is the beloved sister of Barbara Connell of Stoneham and the late Theresa Keating, Veronica Grill, Joseph, John, Richard and James Hughes. She is the loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. She is the special companion of the late Johnny Quinn. Michael S. Starr, Sr. 61, of Stoneham, formerly of Revere died Tuesday Nov. 27th surrounded by his loving family. Michael began his relationship with Kathleen (Azzalina) Starr more than 26 years ago and shared more than 13 years of marriage. He is the former husband of Lorraine Starr of Marshfield. Born and raised in Dorchester, he was the son of the late Edward J and Rosalie M. (Macedo) Starr. He lived for several years in Quincy. Following high school he joined the military. He served in the U.S. Coast Guard. Mr. Starr had worked as a salesman for the former Somerville Lumber Company. He is a former member of the Revere Lodge of Elks. He loved being near the ocean. Some of his favorite past times was spending time at Ogunquit and Wells Beaches in ME. He was an avid Patriots fan,enjoyed boxing and horse racing. Nothing gave him more satisfaction than spending quality time with his family and granddaughter. He will be sadly missed by his beloved kitty “Mika” In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter Michelle Starr of Quincy, a son Michael S. Starr Jr. of Weymouth, a granddaughter Amanda Jane Starr of Quincy, two sisters: Lee Christiano and Rose O’Keefe both of FL. Nephews, Mark & Ronnie Holland; Scott & Jason Christiano;Brad Hurd and his wife Christine a niece, Allison Hurd; He is the beloved nephew of Gloria Morling and Leona Walker of Quincy and Stella Iacovelli of Braintree. Brother In Law, of Andy & Darlene Azzalina. Also survived by many cousins and a host of friends. Private services were held on Tuesday ec. 4th in the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home 306 Main Street, Medford MA. David M. Guarino of Reading passed away on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at his home. He was 81.

Born in Winchester, David was the son of the late Frank and Mildred (Cortrado) Guarino. David was a warm and caring husband, loving father and devoted grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew him.

During the Korean War, David proudly served in the United States Army.

After retirement, David worked for the Town of Reading at the Compost Area and at the voting polls. He also volunteered at the Senior Center. David loved woodworking and Classic Cars and he cherished his Mercedes Gold Wing. David was very creative and enjoyed making gifts for his family. He was a peaceful man, never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He loved to travel especially going on cruises on the Caribbean and enjoyed to go dancing with his wife and their friends. David was happiest when his family was around, he adored his grandchildren.

David was the beloved husband of 57 years of Mary (Morgan) Guarino. He was the devoted father of Karen Lauziere of N. Reading, Joan Bird of GA, Patricia Dady-Guarino of Reading, David Guarino and his wife Gina of Billerica, Annmarie Lindsay and her husband Brian of NH, Paul Guarino and his wife Susan, Michael Guarino and his wife Christine all of Wakefield and William Guarino of Reading. David was the cherished grandfather of Kelly, Scott, Mark, James, Stephanie, Kevin, Michaela, David, Christopher, Sean, Amanda, Nicholas, Brianna, Alexandra, Taylor, Kaitlyn, Meghan, Daniel, Jacob and the late Patrick. Loving great grand father of 8. Dear Brother of the late Audrey Romano. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass celebrating David’s Eternal Life will be held on Tuesday at 10:30am in St. Athanasius Church, 300 Haverhill St. Reading. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share remembrances with the Family on Monday from 4-8pm in the Funeral Home. Parking attendants will be available. Interment Wood End Cemetery, Reading.
